Shipping Policy

Tibeb facilitates delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare products directly from our network of verified partner pharmacies across Addis Ababa. Delivery times, fees, and availability vary by pharmacy location and product type.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all sub-cities of Addis Ababa, including Bole, Kazanchis, Jemo, Gofa Gebriel, Merkato, and surrounding areas. Delivery to locations outside Addis Ababa may be available through select partner pharmacies — contact support for details.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Prescription Medication Delivery

Orders containing prescription-only (Rx) medications require a valid prescription upload during checkout. Delivery will only be dispatched after the prescription has been verified by our partner pharmacy. Prescription verification may add up to 2 hours to the estimated delivery time.

Free Delivery Threshold

Orders of 2,000 Br or more qualify for free standard delivery to any address within Addis Ababa. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts but before any applicable taxes.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification with real-time tracking information. You can also monitor delivery status directly from your Tibeb account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery delays or issues, please contact us immediately at support@tibeb.et or call our 24/7 support hotline. We work directly with the dispensing pharmacy to resolve all delivery concerns promptly.

Refusal of Delivery

If a delivery is refused at the time of arrival, the order will be returned to the partner pharmacy. A restocking fee of 100 Br may apply. Refunds for refused prescription medication orders are subject to regulatory restrictions.
