Welcome to Tibeb. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.

About Tibeb

Tibeb is a digital healthcare marketplace platform that connects patients with verified, licensed pharmacy partners. We do not manufacture, store, or dispense medications directly. All products displayed on our platform are listed and fulfilled by independent, licensed pharmacy partners.

Eligibility

By using our platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of our platform is prohibited

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prescription Verification

All orders containing prescription-only medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. By uploading a prescription, you confirm that it is genuine and current. Tibeb and its partner pharmacies reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if the prescription cannot be verified.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the platform are set by the individual partner pharmacies and may vary between vendors. All prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (Br) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The partner pharmacy reserves the right to accept or decline your order. A confirmation email is sent once the pharmacy has accepted and started processing your order.

Platform Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to place orders for medications without a valid prescription
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform

Limitation of Liability

Tibeb acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or efficacy of products dispensed by partner pharmacies. Any claims regarding product quality or medication issues must be directed to the dispensing pharmacy. Tibeb's liability is limited to the value of the order placed through the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tibeb platform — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Tibeb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
